Sonya Mishra is an Organizational Psychologist at Dartmouth

Sonya is an Assistant Professor of Organizational Behavior at Dartmouth's Tuck School of Business. Sonya employs quantitative insights from social experiments and organizational datasets to examine how gender inequities manifest in workplace environments. Through studying the mechanisms behind prejudice and discrimination, Sonya seeks to develop intervention methods to encourage diversity and equity.

 

At Dartmouth, Sonya teaches the award-winning MBA course, Leading Diverse Organizations-- a course she expertly developed from the ground up. The course uses cutting-edge insights from quantitative research to help students become advocates for diversity and implement structural change.

Prior to Dartmouth, Sonya earned her Ph.D. in Management of Organizations at University of California, Berkeley's Haas School of Business.
